TLB accepted my injury case after other firms had declined it as being, “Too challenging to be worth their while.” It was not an easy case, but we won a very reasonable settlement. I would imagine that as TLB performs their cost analysis they will find it wasn’t so profitable for their part. That said, they never stopped pursuing a victory that involved multiple appeals and reviews with a Medicare agency that wanted to recoup a major portion of the settlement.
